DAY 27
I don't know what is wrong with me! I just cannot seem to memorise scripture. I use to absorb a verse or short passage after just a few readings, but the two verses from Psalm I started weeks ago just don't want to stick. Maybe there is just too much going on for my brain to accept more. After all, in the past month I have moved once, am about to move again, got a new job, completely flipped my schedule, and started preparing to go back to school.

The only think wrong with you is thinking that there is something wrong with you in not being able to memorize a bible verse. Write it down carry it with you, post it on your mirror so you are looking at it while you are doing your girl stuff in the morning, read it every hour or so, and you will get it, like all things memorized it take reptition, and some things as you know take longer then others....you just need to stop and BREATH and know that God loves you no matter how long it takes to memorize a bible verse. Remember it's the fact that you are keeping your thoughts on his living word, thus drawing you nearer to him...your struggles may just be a way to bring you closer to him as you continue to keep you mind on his teachings.
